By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our services.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your information.

2. Investment Risk Acknowledgment

Investing in financial markets involves a risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
By investing with JWM Prop, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that you are investing at your own discretion and risk.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

JWM Prop does not guarantee any specific investment returns, profits, or outcomes.
Projected returns (such as 10–20% annually) are targets based on historical strategies but are not guaranteed.

4. Account Management

By investing, you authorize JWM Prop to manage your funds in accordance with its disclosed trading strategies and risk management policies.
You will receive monthly updates regarding your account performance.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Minimum Investment: $5,000 USD.
Lock-Up Period: All investments are subject to a 6–12 month lock-up period, depending on the investment terms agreed upon.
Withdrawals: After the lock-up period, you may request a withdrawal at any time.
Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

6. Fees and Profit Sharing

JWM Prop operates under a profit-sharing model:

50% of profits are allocated to the Investor.
50% of profits are allocated to JWM Prop as the Trader’s share.
There are no hidden fees, management fees, or maintenance charges.

7. Third-Party Payments

We do not accept third-party deposits.
All deposits must originate from accounts registered in the name of the investor.
Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

8. AML and KYC Compliance

JWM Prop follows anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may require verification of your identity before accepting your investment or processing a withdrawal.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

JWM Prop shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses.

You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
